New Auxiliary Water Lines Group (Fresh Water - Aftercooler) Provides Improved Access For Servicing The Number Six Cylinder{1380,1063}

G3508 (4WD, 2JF, 9TG) Engines

Description of Change: A new auxiliary water lines group is used on these engines. One of the tubes in the former lines group was routed close to the number six cylinder head. This made it difficult to remove the valve cover from the number six cylinder head. The routing of this tube has been changed in the new auxiliary water lines group to allow easier servicing.

Adaptable To: The new 130-7222 Auxiliary Water Lines Group (Fresh Water - Aftercooler) replaces the 2W-1461 Auxiliary Water Lines Group (Fresh Water - Aftercooler) on G3508 Engines. The chart and illustration identify the components required to modify the former auxiliary water lines group to allow easier access to the number six cylinder head.
