Description of Change: A new oil temperature regulator is used in the oil cooler lines groups. The new regulator has a longer stroke and will provide a longer service life.
Adaptable To: The part number of the improved 1W0803 and 2W3329 Oil Cooler Lines Groups have not changed. The new 7E6210 Oil Temperature Regulator is a direct replacement for the former 4W4011 Oil Temperature Regulator.
The recommended service interval for regulators on 3600 Engines is 6000 hours or annually.
