If Trim Screw On Unit Injector Is Loose, Injector Must Be Replaced

If a unit injector is found to have a loose trim screw, the unit injector must be replaced. When the trim screw is loose or adjusted, the injector can not be synchronized with the gauge block. The trim screw adjustment can only be completed on an injector flow test bench.
