Start By:

  1. Remove stick cylinder

  1. Remove seals (1).

  2. Use a suitable lifting device to mount the stick cylinder (2) into Tooling (A). The cylinder weighs approximately 31 kg (70 lb)

  3. Remove tube assembly (3).

  4. Use Tooling (B) and (C) to loosen cylinder nut (4).

  5. Remove cylinder nut (4) from barrel.

  6. Remove rod (5).

  7. Attach a suitable lifting device (6) to cylinder (2) and remove . The cylinder weighs approximately 31 kg (70 lb)

  8. Remove set screw (7).

  9. Use Tooling (A) to loosen nut (8).

  15. Remove seal (18), (19), and (20).
