  1. Open door panel (1).

  2. Remove four bolts (3) and panel assembly (2).

  3. Remove plug (4). Drain the diesel exhaust fluid into suitable container for storage or disposal.

  4. Close door panel (1). Remove four bolts (5).

  5. Open door panel (1). Remove support (6).

  6. Remove bolt (7) and baffle (8).

  7. Remove two bolts (9) and baffle (10).

  8. Remove P-clip (11) and P-clip (12). Position hoses (14) out of the way.

  9. Disconnect harness assembly (13).

  10. Disconnect two hose assemblies (15).

  11. Install Tooling (A) onto hose (16) and hose (18). Loosen clamps (16) and (19). Disconnect hose (16) and hose (18).

  12. Remove two bolts (20) and two bolts (22). Remove bracket (21).

  13. Remove two bolts (23) and two bolts (24). Remove bracket (25).

  14. Remove two bolts (27) and two bolts (28). Remove bracket (29).

  15. Remove diesel exhaust fluid tank (26).

  16. Remove screws (30) and manifold (31).

  17. Loosen clamp (32) and remove diesel exhaust fluid filter (33).

  18. Remove screws (34) and filters (35) and (36).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install diesel exhaust fluid tank (26) in the reverse order of the removal.

    1. Tighten clamp (32) to a torque of 4.5 ± 0.7 N·m (39.± 6.2 b in).

    2. Tighten screw (30) to a torque of 5 ± 1 N.m (44 ± 9 lb in).

    3. Tighten bolts (27) to a torque of 15 ± 3 N.m (133 ± 27 lb in).

    4. Tighten bolts (24) to a torque of 15 ± 3 N.m (133 ± 27 lb in).

    5. Tighten bolts (22) to a torque of 15 ± 3 N.m (133 ± 27 lb in).
