Gear Cover - Remove and Install
- Remove bolts (5) and cover (6).
- Disconnect hose assembly (1). Remove fitting (2).
- Remove bolts (3) and cover (4).

Illustration 2 g03366606 - Attach a suitable lifting device to gear cover (7). The weight of gear cover (7) is approximately
57 kg (126 lb) . Remove bolts (8), gear cover (7), and the gasket. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for other side.

- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the bolts (5).
