Usage:

G3516 AL7
气门沉陷 - 气门及气门座会随时间磨损。 这种磨损会使气门沉陷到缸盖中。

上部大修计划是根据排气门沉陷量制定的。 但是,缸盖上的实际气门沉陷量很难测量。 确定气门沉陷量有一个更为简单的方法:

  • 测量缸盖上方的气门杆凸出量。

502-1422 气门沉陷工具套件来测量排气门杆的凸出量。 测量时遵循和维修工具一起提供的使用说明。

将测量结果记录在操作和保养手册, "气门数据表"(参考资料部分)中。

  • 在"调试"时或 250 工作小时后,测量初始气门杆凸出量。 这个测量值是基准线。 此基准线可作为随后测量的参考。

  • 在最初的 4500 工作小时后,测量气门杆凸出量。

  • 图 1 所示为确定随后保养周期的日程表。 确定气门杆凸出从 250 工作小时到 4500 工作小时时的增加量。 确定增加量后,针对测得的气门杆凸出增加量找出最合适的计划。

  • 达到最大极限值的 70% 后,每 1000 工作小时测量一次气门杆凸出量。 70% 是 1.60 mm (0.063 inch)

  • 当气门杆的凸出量接近最大极限值时,应计划进行上部大修。 当气门杆凸出量总共增加了 2.3 mm (0.09 inch) 时,就要进行上部大修。 当单个缸盖上的内侧和外侧气门之间存在 1 mm (0.04 inch) 的差值时,执行顶端大修。 不要让沉陷超过此极限值。 超过此极限值可能导致气门头损坏。 这些条件将导致燃烧室严重损坏。

例如,"气门数据表"显示,在最初 1000 工作小时时测量的气门杆凸出增加量表明气门沉陷了 0.152 mm (0.0060 in)。 此测量结果将允许您使用计划 (C)。 根据计划 (C),下一个测量该气缸的周期为 5000 工作小时。 另一台气缸的气门沉陷可能是 0.254 mm (0.0100 inch)。 根据计划 (A),下一个测量该气缸的周期为 3000 工作小时。

当不同气缸需要使用不同的计划时,所有气缸应统一使用需要最频繁测量的计划。 后续测量结果可能会导致改变所使用的计划。 例如,如果第一次测量表明应使用计划 (A),那么下一次测量应在 3000 个工作小时时进行。 如果凸出增加量符合计划 (B),则在下一次测量时可以使用计划 (B)。
