气门沉陷 - 气门及气门座会随时间磨损。 这种磨损会使气门沉陷到缸盖中。
上部大修计划是根据排气门沉陷量制定的。 但是,缸盖上的实际气门沉陷量很难测量。 确定气门沉陷量有一个更为简单的方法:
- 测量缸盖上方的气门杆凸出量。
用 502-1422 气门沉陷工具套件来测量排气门杆的凸出量。 测量时遵循和维修工具一起提供的使用说明。
将测量结果记录在操作和保养手册, "气门数据表"(参考资料部分)中。
- 在"调试"时或 250 工作小时后,测量初始气门杆凸出量。 这个测量值是基准线。 此基准线可作为随后测量的参考。
- 在最初的 4500 工作小时后,测量气门杆凸出量。
- 图 1 所示为确定随后保养周期的日程表。 确定气门杆凸出从 250 工作小时到 4500 工作小时时的增加量。 确定增加量后,针对测得的气门杆凸出增加量找出最合适的计划。
- 达到最大极限值的 70% 后,每 1000 工作小时测量一次气门杆凸出量。 70% 是
1.60 mm (0.063 inch) 。 - 当气门杆的凸出量接近最大极限值时,应计划进行上部大修。 当气门杆凸出量总共增加了
2.3 mm (0.09 inch) 时,就要进行上部大修。 当单个缸盖上的内侧和外侧气门之间存在1 mm (0.04 inch) 的差值时,执行顶端大修。 不要让沉陷超过此极限值。 超过此极限值可能导致气门头损坏。 这些条件将导致燃烧室严重损坏。

当不同气缸需要使用不同的计划时,所有气缸应统一使用需要最频繁测量的计划。 后续测量结果可能会导致改变所使用的计划。 例如,如果第一次测量表明应使用计划 (A),那么下一次测量应在 3000 个工作小时时进行。 如果凸出增加量符合计划 (B),则在下一次测量时可以使用计划 (B)。
