Coolant Sample (Level 1) - Obtain

盡可能在接近建議的取樣週期時提取冷卻液樣本。 1 級冷卻液分析的建議取樣週期為每 500 工時。 為獲得 S·O·S 分析的完整效應，必須建立一致的資料趨向。 為了建立資料的相關記錄，請持續按照平均的時間間隔執行取樣。 您可以向 Caterpillar 代理商索取收集樣本的用品。
使用以下指南進行正確的冷卻液取樣：
- 取樣前，請填寫取樣瓶標籤上的資訊。
- 將未使用的取樣瓶存放在塑膠袋中。
- 請將空的樣本瓶保持蓋緊，直到您準備收集樣本。
- 提取樣本後，請立即將其放到郵寄管中，以避免污染。
- 切勿從膨脹瓶中收集樣本。
- 切勿從系統排放物中收集樣本。
