经过一段时间后,柴油中的硫堆积在 SCR 催化器上。 当过度硫酸盐化时,催化器丧失转化 NOx 的能力,导致排放偏高。

通过在高排气温度下运转发动机一段较长时间可清除催化器上沉积的硫。

必须运转发动机,使 SCR 进气温度超过以下其中一个温度:

  • 425° C (797° F),最少持续 90 分钟。

  • 450° C (842° F),最少持续 30 分钟。

注:必须超过所需温度阈值持续最短持续时间,否则脱硫处理将会无效。

如果脱硫处理无效,下次超过温度阈值的持续时间定时器将从零开始。

温度要求保持最短持续时间后,脱硫处理完成,激活的代码将清除。

2. 通过断缸来提升发动机排气温度

A. 起动发动机,使发动机达到正常的工作温度。

B. 使用 Cat ET 逐步切断气缸。

C. 监控 "SCR Inlet Temperature(SCR 进气温度)"参数。

注:从离涡轮增压器最远的气缸开始。
断缸数量不要超过总气缸数量的一半。
   

目标温度


425° C (797° F) 或

450° C (842° F )
   
结果:超过目标温度。

转至步骤 5。

结果:未超过目标温度。

转至步骤 3。    

3. 通过堵住 ATAAC 来提升发动机排气温度

A. 逐渐堵住 ATAAC。

B. 监控 "SCR Inlet Temperature(SCR 进气温度)"参数。

注:观察报警情况。 监控 "Air Intake Manifold Temperature(进气歧管温度)"参数和 "Engine Coolant Temperature(发动机冷却液温度)"参数。
不要超过发动机应用的参数上限。
   

目标温度


425° C (797° F) 或

450° C (842° F )
   
结果:超过目标温度。

转至步骤 5。

结果:未超过目标温度。

转至步骤 4。    

4. 通过使用负载组来提升发动机排气温度

A. 安装负载组。

B. 在应用负载组的情况下运转发动机。

C. 监控 "SCR Inlet Temperature(SCR 进气温度)"参数。
   

目标温度


425° C (797° F) 或

450° C (842° F )
   
结果:超过目标温度。

转至步骤 5。
   

5. 继续在当前状况下运转发动机

A. 继续超过目标温度持续最短持续时间。

B. 监控 "SCR Inlet Temperature(SCR 进气温度)"参数。
   

目标温度和持续时间


450° C (842° F),最少持续 30 分钟。


425° C (797° F),最少持续 90 分钟。
   

结果:温度持续最短持续时间后,代码从激活状态更改为记录状态。

SCR 催化器现在好了。
将发动机重新投入使用。
