前/后 ARC 电磁阀     污染     执行制动系统压力检查。 如果踏板先导压力和继电器弹簧偏置量正确,但是带手动减速器的制动器压力或 ARC 压力不正确,则前或后 ARC 电磁阀可能存在问题。     用新 ARC 电磁阀进行维修。 确保机油为 ISO 18/15 或更高等级。    
继电器阀(前/后行车制动器)     污染
调整不当    
执行制动系统压力检查。 松紧调节器处的压力应比制动踏板先导压力低 240 +/- 35 kPa(35 +/- 5 psi)。 如果继电器阀上的弹簧偏置量过高,制动器压力将偏低。 (如果安装了 XLP 机组,则前制动器松紧调节器压力将低于制动踏板压力 193 +/- 35 kPa。)     用继电器阀(行车制动器)套件进行维修。 确保机油为 ISO 18/15 或更高等级。    
制动踏板阀     污染     执行制动系统压力检查。 制动踏板先导压力必须符合技术规格。     用新踏板阀进行维修。 确保机油为 ISO 18/15 或更高等级。    
制动器组件(密封件损坏)     过量增压     单独接合减速器和行车制动器并测量制动器组件处的压力。 四个压力应全部在公差范围内。     如果一个或多个制动器组件低于其他组件,进行更换。 检查密封件有无损坏。
