The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.
Problem
The 275-2086 Fuel Pressure Gauge with the 266-2297 Instrument Panel may be inoperative. The fuel pressure gauge looks for SPN 94, which is used in Tier 2 and Tier 3 engine software. However a C27 Tier 4 engine software uses SPN 5579 causing the fuel pressure gauge to be inoperative.
Solution
Replace the 275-2086 Fuel Pressure Gauge with the 363-8626 Fuel Pressure Gauge on the instrument panel. The 363-8626 Fuel Pressure Gauge looks for the correct SPN.
