Usage:

3406C (8PN) Truck Engine

Description of Change: A new governor weight and race has replaced a former governor weight and race in the above truck engine. The new weight and race provides a wider contact area between the two parts in order to improve wear resistance for increased service life.

Typical Governor Group: (1) New 133-8890 Race. (2) New 119-8699 Weight.

Adaptable To: The new 119-8699 Weight (four weights required for each governor) replaces the former 7N-7264 Weight in the governor. The new 133-8890 Race (two races required for each governor) replaces the former 7E-4892 Race in the governor. The new weight and race are effective with 3406C (8PN10636-Up) Truck Engine. The new weight and race are adaptable to first production of the above engine or any engine with the new scroll fuel system.
