Lower the temperature of roller bearings (77). Install roller bearings (77) into final drive housing (48).
Use Tooling (F) to install Duo-Cone seal (76B) onto final drive housing (48). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Duo Cone Seal - Install" for further information.

Place the motor housing and the final drive housing on suitable cribbing in order to prevent damage to the shaft.
Use Tooling (C) to install retaining ring (72).
