- 拆下管组件 (1) 。

- 断开线束组件 (4) 。
- 卸下螺栓 (5) 。
- 拆下水温调节器壳体 (2) 。
- 拆下螺栓 (6) ，然后拆下壳体 (7) 。

- 拆下并废弃密封件 (11) 。 拆下水温调节器 (10) 。

- 拆下唇形密封 (12) 。 记下唇形密封的方位，以便于安装。

安装步骤
- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装水温调节器壳体 (2) 。
- 将工具 (A) 涂抹到唇形密封 (12) 的密封圈表面上。 使用工具 (B) 安装唇形密封 (12) 。
- 将工具 (A) 涂抹到 O 形密封圈 (8) 和管组件 (1) 上。
- 将水温传感器 (2) 上紧到 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in) 的扭矩。
