- 利用工具 (B) 将套筒轴承 (13) 装入飞轮壳中。 套筒轴承中槽口的位置应保持角度 (Y) ，即距水平中心线 15 ± 1 度。 轴承应当安装到深度 (Z) ，即 2.0 ± 0.5 mm (0.080 ± 0.020 in)。

- 利用工具 (B) 将套筒轴承 (12) 装入飞轮壳中。 套筒轴承中槽口的位置应保持角度 (X) ，即距竖直中心线 15 ± 1 度。 轴承应当安装到深度 (Z) ，即 2.0 ± 0.5 mm (0.080 ± 0.020 in)。
- 将 O 形密封圈安装在盖 (11) 上。 将盖 (11) 和螺栓安装在飞轮壳体的背面。
- 将齿轮组件 (9) 和齿轮组件 (10) 安置在飞轮壳体中。

- 利用工具 (B) 将套筒轴承 (3) 装入转接接头 (2) 中。 在接头 (2) 上安装O形密封圈。

- 将套筒轴承内的溢油槽与惰齿轮 (6) 内的溢油槽对齐。 利用工具 (B) 将套筒轴承装入惰齿轮 (6) 中。

- 定位惰齿轮 (6) 和护圈 (5) 。 安装螺栓 (4) 。
- 将套筒轴承内的溢油槽与惰齿轮 (7) 内的溢油槽对齐。 利用工具 (B) 将套筒轴承装入惰齿轮 (7) 中。
- 定位惰齿轮 (7) 和护圈 (5) 。 安装螺栓 (4) 。
- 将 O 形密封圈装入曲轴齿轮 (8) 的沉孔中。 用清洁的发动机机油润滑 O 形密封圈。 将曲轴齿轮 (8) 安装到工具 (A) 上。
- 将转接接头 (2) 定位到飞轮壳上。 将工具 (C) 涂抹在螺栓 (1) 的螺纹上后安装螺栓。
End By: 安装飞轮。
