Note: The main display can be used to monitor hydraulic temperatures. Press the" F2" button to open the "Measure" menu. Scroll down and select the "WDS Hyd Tank & Fan" option in order to monitor hydraulic temperatures.
Note: This calibration procedure will require spraying up to a half tank of water. Perform this procedure in a location that can accommodate spraying. Ensure that adequate water supplies are in the water tank before commencing the calibration.
Note: If the spray is uneven after calibration, small adjustments can be made to even out the spray pattern.

Illustration 6 g03351529 - The calibration screen allows the operator to activate one spray head at a time and calibrate individual spray heads. Activate the WDS pump. Once the water is activated, push the accelerator to the floor to achieve the target speed of 2000 rpm. Once the target speed is met, the light will turn green. Water pressure should automatically settle to a pressure of
551 kPa (80 psi) 80 psi if the system is working correctly. The light will turn green. Calibrate individual spray heads by pressing corresponding function key (F) below the head being calibrated.Show/hide tableIllustration 7 g03351713 - When calibrating an individual spray head, adjust the value for head intensity. If hydraulic pressure is low, increase the head intensity. If hydraulic pressure is high, decrease the head intensity value. After adjusting the value for head intensity, press the OK button to return to the calibration screen. Check hydraulic pressure. If pressure is within 50 psi of the target pressure, the light will turn green. Continue adjusting head intensity until the light maintains green status a majority of the time.
