开始:
- 拆下活塞和连杆。 请参阅拆解和组装, "活塞和连杆 - 拆卸"。
注: 为每个活塞和连接杆组件的部件做标记。 所有部件必须安装回原来的位置。 请勿交换使用部件。

保持所有零件清洁无杂质。 杂质会造成快速磨损並縮短部件使用寿命。 |
- 从连杆轴承盖 (11) 上拆卸下连杆轴承 (10)。
- 从连杆 (6) 上拆卸上连杆轴承 (9)。
- 使用工具 (A) 将销挡圈 (5) 从活塞体组件 (4) 上拆下。
- 从活塞体组件上拆下连杆销 (8) 和连杆 (6)。
- 使用工具 (B) 将活塞环 (1)、 (2) 和 (3) 从活塞体组件上拆下。
- 此时不要卸下轴承 (7)。
注: 当在连杆上安装新轴承后，轴承方可从连杆上卸下。
