Engine Oil Cooler - Remove

Usage:

C32 DSJ

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the engine oil filter base.

  1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

  1. Remove four bolts (17) , bonnet (6) , and the O-ring seals.

  1. Remove bolts (3) and tube assembly (4) .

  1. Remove bolts (16) and (15) , and elbow (14) .

  1. Lower tube assembly (13) .

  1. Remove bolts (10) . Remove tube assembly (11) .

  1. Disconnect tube assembly (7) .

  1. Remove bolts (1) .

  1. Remove bonnet (2) .

  1. Remove bolts (8) and (9) , and elbow (12) from engine oil cooler (5) . Remove engine oil cooler (5) .
