- Remove exhaust shield.

- Loosen clamps (1) and clamps (2).
- Attach a suitable lifting device onto exhaust manifolds (3). The weight of exhaust manifolds (3) is approximately
132 kg (290 lb) .Show/hide table
Illustration 2 g03428878 - Remove bolts (5) and the washers from exhaust manifolds (3). Loosen bolts (4).
- Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the opposite side.

- Install exhaust manifold (3) in the reverse order of removal.
- If bellows assemblies (6) are removed, use Tooling (A) or Tooling (B) for installation.
- Directional bellows assemblies must be installed with the arrow pointing in the direction of exhaust flow.
