不正确的润滑可能造成机器部件损坏。 为了避免损坏，确保加到回转驱动装置的是合适数量的润滑脂量。 回转齿轮室中的润滑脂量过多，会使搅动损耗加大，因而加速润滑脂的变质。 润滑脂变质能造成回转驱动的小齿轮及内齿圈损坏。 润滑脂不足则导致齿轮润滑差。 |

卸下位于动臂底座附近的检查盖。 检查润滑脂。

- 拆下螺栓 (1) 和垫圈 (2) 。 拆下盖子 (3) 和密封垫 (4) 。
- 检查密封垫 (4) 。 如果有明显损坏，更换密封垫。

- 检查润滑脂油位。 润滑脂应均匀分布在油槽底。
请参阅操作和保养手册, "容量（加注）"，以了解回转齿轮的容量。
根据需要添加润滑脂。 根据需要减少润滑脂。 润滑脂太多将会造成润滑脂过度移动，使润滑脂变质。 润滑脂太少则将导致回转齿轮的润滑差。
- 检查润滑脂有无污染及变色。

- 如果润滑脂污染或因水而变色，应更换润滑脂。 取下螺塞 (5) 以将水排出。 重新安装螺塞 (5) 时，检查 O 形密封圈 (6) 。 如果有明显损坏，应更换 O 形密封圈。
- 每次旋转上部结构 90 度，直到转完为止。 根据需要添加润滑脂。
