Note: Two different modules are used for the charger and neutral leg power module (20). The DCHEN module is used for the 60 kVA UPS. The DCHON module is used for the 120 kVA UPS.

Note: The same MUTON assembly is used for the 60 kVA UPS and the 120 kVA UPS. The PFC module (21) and the inverter module (22) are components of the MUTON assembly.

Note: Two different modules are used for the AC normal and battery SS module (23). The CSNEN module is used for the 60 kVA UPS. The CSNON module is used for the 120 kVA UPS.

Note: The AC bypass and inverter SS module (24) can be one of three different boards. The CSIEN module is used for the 60 kVA single UPS. The CSPEN module is used for the 60 kVA parallel UPS. The CSIEN module is used for the 60 kVA single and parallel UPS.

DALIN Fuses

Refer to Illustration 8.

FU1 is a 1A 250V fuse. FU1 is used for the SS ACBP and the SS Inv fan supply (L1 ALIM UTIL).

FU2 is a 1A 250V fuse. FU2 is used for the SS ACBP and the SS Inv fan supply (L2 ALIM UTIL).

FU3 is a 1A 250V fuse. FU3 is used for the SS ACBP and the SS Inv fan supply (L3 ALIM UTIL).

ETON Fuses

FU1 is a 4A 500V fuse. FU1 is used for the SS ACBP auto supply (L2 R2 ACBP). FU1 is connected to the TV1 primary transformer.

FU2 is a 4A 500V fuse. FU2 is used for the SS ACBP auto supply (L3 R2 ACBP). FU2 is connected to the TV1 primary transformer.

FU3 is a 4A 500V fuse. FU3 is used for the SS ACBP auto supply (Auto alim2). FU3 is connected to the TV1 secondary transformer.

DCHON and DCHEN Board Fuses

The fuses are wired in series. FU1 and FU2 are 3.15A 500V fuses. The board provides protection and power for the DC power supply that is used for the ALIN board. The board also houses the DC voltage negative bus connection.

CSNEN and CSNON Board Fuses

FU1 is a 4A 500V fuse. FU1 provides protection and power for the AC normal ALIN board (L2 ALIM R1).

FU2 is a 4A 500V fuse. FU2 provides protection and power for the AC normal ALIN board (L1 ALIM R1).

FU1 is a 4A 500V fuse. FU1 provides protection and power for the AC BP ALIN board (L2 ALIM R2).

FU1 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU1 provides protection and power for the CSNEN board and the CSNON board (L1).

FU2 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU2 provides protection and power for the CSNEN board and the CSNON board (L2).

FU3 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU3 provides protection and power for the CSNEN board and the CSNON board (L3).

Note: There are three separate fuses.

FISN board on the output load FU1 : FU2 : AC BP / INV SS fan supply (L2) trough the DALIN board FU3 : AC BP / INV SS fan supply (L3) through the DALIN board 6A - 500V

FISN Fuses on the AC Bypass Source Board.

FU1 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU1 provides protection and power for the CSIEN board, the CSPEN board, or the CSION board (L1).

FU2 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU2 provides protection and power for the CSIEN board, the CSPEN board, or the CSION board (L2).

FU3 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU3 provides protection and power for the CSIEN board, the CSPEN board, or the CSION board (L3).

FISN Fuses on the Output Load Board.

FU1 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU1 provides protection and power for the AC BP and the Inv SS fan supply (L1). The power is routed through the DALIN board.

FU2 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU2 provides protection and power for the AC BP and the Inv SS fan supply (L2). The power is routed through the DALIN board.

FU3 is a 6A 500V fuse. FU3 provides protection and power for the AC BP and theInvSS fan supply (L3). The power is routed through the DALIN board.

45L - These fans are 120 mm (4.7 inch) in diameter and move 45 L of air per second.

90L - These fans are 150 mm (5.9 inch) in diameter and move 90 L of air per second.

60 kVA PFC and Inverter IGBT Fans

These fans are a type 45L.

Current Transformer and LEM Locations

Current LEMs for AC Normal

The current LEMs are located on the top of the SS AC Nomal/Battery power module. The LEM is a device that measures AC and DC current. The 60 kVA UPS uses the LEM 60 current transformer. The 120 kVA UPS uses the LEM 120 current transformer.

Current LEMs for the Inverter

The inverter LEMs are located above the output inverter AC capacitors. The 60 kVA UPS uses the LEM 60 current transformer. The 120 kVA UPS uses the LEM 120 current transformer.

Output Current Transformers

The same current transformers are used for the 60 kVA UPS and the 120 kVA UPS. The transformers are type 1000/1. The current transformers are located behind the terminal block panel.

Paralleling Current Transformers
