CX31-P600 (S/N: PFW1-UP)

CX35-P800 (S/N: TRJ1-UP)

Description of Change: This new bearing installation procedure will ensure that the 274-6111 Bearing Race remains properly installed in the 265-5834 Manifold .

Adaptable To: The new bearing installation procedure is effective with the following CX transmissions:

• CX31 On-Highway Transmission (S/N: B3X693; EBW341)

• CX35 On-Highway Transmission (S/N: W3X358; TRJ323)

• CX31-P600 Petroleum Transmission (S/N: PFW347)

• CX31 On-Highway Transmission (S/N: B3X1-692; EBW1-340)

• CX35 On-Highway Transmission (S/N: W3X1-357; TRJ1-323)

• CX31-P600 Petroleum Transmission (S/N: PFW1-347)

Installation Procedure

Use Loctite 609 Bearing Mount on the outside of the 274-6111 Bearing Race. This will prevent movement of the bearing race. Wipe the parts clean before and after applying the bearing mount compound. Follow this procedure whether replacing the race or not. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly manual for your machine for the appropriate assembly procedures.
