Description of Change: A new crankshaft thrust plate, that is made of solid brass, is used on the 3500 Family of Engines. The former crankshaft thrust plate was made of steel-backed aluminum.
Adaptable To: The new 7C6209 Thrust Plate is a direct replacement for the former 2W0646 Thrust Plate. The new thrust plate is effective as shown in the charts.
