Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove".

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

1. Place the front face of air to air charge cooler radiator assembly (3) onto a suitable support.

2. Remove bolts and locking nuts (1). Remove bolts and locking nuts (4).

3. Remove bolts and locking nuts (2) (not shown). Remove bolts and locking nuts (5).

4. Remove support brackets (6) from air to air charge cooler radiator (3).

5. Remove side tank (7) from air to air charge cooler radiator (3).

6. Remove radiator cores (8) from air to air charge cooler radiator (3).

7. Remove seals (10) from side tank (7). Remove seals (9) from side tank (12).

8. Remove seals (11) from radiator cores (8).
