对液压拉拔器施加的压力不要超过51675 kPa (7500 psi)。 接头的额定承重值为6 1/2吨，液压拉拔器在68900 kPa (10000 psi)压力下的额定值为17吨。 如果压力过大，可能损坏齿轮。 |
- 在凸轮轴驱动齿轮 (17) 上安装工具 (B) 。 在拉拔器上施加 51675 kPa (7500 psi) 的作用力，用锤子敲击拉拔器上的螺钉，直到凸轮轴驱动齿轮 (17) 可自由脱离凸轮轴。 拆卸工具 (B) 和凸轮轴驱动齿轮 (17) 。
- 对其余的凸轮轴驱动齿轮重复执行步骤 14 到步骤 15。
- 卸下螺栓 (18) 和止推垫圈 (19) 。

注: 将工具 (D) 安装在飞轮壳体上，以从后部拆卸凸轮轴。 要从发动机前侧拆卸凸轮轴，工具 (D) 也可以安装在前壳体上。

- 用工具 (E) 转动凸轮轴。 将凸轮轴 (20) 从发动机上拔出，直到可以连接适当起吊设备。 3516 发动机凸轮轴的重量约为 80 kg (176 lb)。 3520 发动机凸轮轴的重量约为 100 kg (220 lb)。 从发动机上拆卸凸轮轴 (20) 。
- 拆卸螺栓 (23) 以分离凸轮轴。 拆下隔套 (22) 。 如有必要，拆下定位销 (21) 。
