Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt lever (9). The weight of tilt lever (9) is approximately
1501 kg (3310 lb) . Position tilt lever (9).Show/hide table

- Install bolt (11).

Illustration 5 g01521280 - Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to pin (3). Remove pin (3) and the collets. Extend tilt cylinder (4).
- Install Tooling (E) in order to install pin (3). Install pin (3).

- Install bolt (1).

246 kg (542 lb) . Install Tooling (E) in order to install pin (10). Install pin (10).Show/hide table
