Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (15). The weight of hydraulic tank (15) is approximately 200 kg (440 lb). Install brackets (14). Install hydraulic tank (15).

Install hose (13). Install tube assembly (11). Connect hose assemblies (10). Connect harness assemblies (9). Install clamp (12).

Connect harness assembly (7). Connect hose assembly (8).

Attach a suitable lifting device to support (6). The weight of support (6) is approximately 40 kg (88 lb). Install support (6).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to panel (5). The weight of panel (5) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install panel (5).

Fill the hydraulic oil tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil (Steering) (Brake) - Change".
