Installation Procedure

1. Position O-ring (20) and connect front piston pump (18) to rear piston pump (21).

2. Install bolts (19).

3. Position O-ring (22) onto rear piston pump (21).

4. Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump assembly (17). The weight of piston pump assembly (17) is approximately 25 kg (550 lb).

5. Position piston pump assembly (17) and install bolts (16).

6. Connect hose assemblies (13), (14), and (15).

7. Connect harness assemblies (12) to the two coil assemblies (not shown).

8. Connect hose assemblies (9), (10), and (11).

9. Install the rear drive shaft, if necessary. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Drive Shaft (Rear) - Install".

10. Install the auxiliary drive shaft, if necessary. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Drive Shaft (Auxilliary) - Remove and Install".

11. Install bracket assembly (6).

12. Position tube assembly (8) and install clamp assemblies (5).

13. Install clamp assemblies (7).

14. Remove pin (4) and lower platform (3).

15. Install bolt (2).

16. Open the access doors that are located behind the cab. Rotate shut off valves (1) for the suction lines that are located on the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank 90 degrees into the open position, as shown.
