Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

1. Connect hose assemblies (48). Connect harness assemblies (49). Install the fuel filter and priming pump (47).

2. Connect harness assemblies (44). Connect tube assemblies (45). Install fuel filter assemblies (46).

3. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (41). The weight of hydraulic tank (41) is approximately 1043 kg (2300 lb).

4. Install hydraulic tank (41). Install bolts (42) and (43).

5. Connect hose assembly (40) under the engine.
