Belt - Inspect/Replace
Alat berat ini dilengkapi dengan sabuk serpentine yang menggerakkan
alternator dan kompresor AC.
Catatan: Engine ini dilengkapi dengan sabuk tensioner yang otomatis akan menyetel sabuk yang menggerakan alternator dan kompresor air conditioner dengan tegangan yang benar.

- Parkir alat berat pada tempat yang datar. Aktifkan rem parkir. Matikan engine.
- Periksa sabuk serpentine (5) terhadap kondisi-kondisi berikut: retak, aus, regang, area yang koyak dan potongan-potongan yang hilang. Ganti sabuk, apabila diperlukan.
- Lepaskan penutup.
- Untuk melepaskan tegangan pada sabuk, masukkan peralatan kerja yanng cocok 12,7mm (0,50 inchi) ke dalam lubang persegi (2) di tensioner sabuk. Bongkar tensioner sabuk searah jarum jam.
- Lepaskan sabuk yang lama dan pasang sabuk yang baru. Lepaskan peralatan kerja.
- Pasang penutup.
- Periksa kekencangan sabuk pada sabuk yang baru setelah 30
menit pengoperasian.
Catatan: Periode penyesuaian sabuk adalah selama 30 menit.
