(1) Torque for nut with lubrication on threads ... 2700 ± 270 N·m (840 ± 75 lb ft)

(2) Torque for bolts ... 900 ± 100 N·m (660 ± 75 lb ft)

(3) Apply 4C-4032 Sealant to the wiper seal groove prior to assembly.

(4) Bore of new cylinder ... 127.05 ± 0.10 mm (5.002 ± 0.004 inch)

(5) Bore of new head ... 63.78 ± 0.03 mm (2.511 ± 0.001 inch)

(6) Diameter of new rod ... 63.450 ± 0.038 mm (2.498 ± 0.0015 inch)

Note: Use the lubricant that is being sealed in order to lubricate the sealing lips in the head.
