Periksa apakah pipa saluran yang terpasang pada semua fiting gemuk pelumas jauh tidak dalam keadaan rusak. Apabila pipa saluran gemuk pelumas putus, gemuk pelumas tidak akan mencapai komponen yang memerlukan pelumasan. Kerusakan pada alat berat dapat terjadi. |
Bersihkan fitting sebelum mengaplikasikan pelumas.
- Aplikasikan pelumas melalui dua fitting (1) (satu titik pada tiap sisi alat berat) untuk bantalan pada ujung batang silinder ejektor.

- Aplikasikan pelumas melalui dua fitting (2) (satu titik pada tiap sisi alat berat) untuk bantalan pada ujung batang silinder ejektor.
- Dengan pelat ejektor dalam posisi ditolak sepenuhnya aplikasikan pelumas melalui dua fitting (3) (satu pada tiap sisi alat berat) untuk bantalan pada ujung kepala silinder ejektor.
