Note: Apply clean unused engine oil in the oil inlet of the turbocharger after assembly or before installation. This will provide lubrication during start-up and during storage.
(3) Torque for speed sensor ... 11 ± 1 N·m (95 ± 9 lb in)
Note: Do not remove clamp assembly (5) from the turbine housing or from the compressor housing. Torque the clamp only if the clamp has become loose or replaced.
(5) Torque for the clamp assembly ... 13.6 ± 1.2 N·m (120 ± 11 lb in)
Note: Apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the washer face and to the threads of taperlock studs before assembly.
(6) Torque for the two taperlock studs ... 35 ± 5 N·m (26 ± 4 lb ft)
Note: Apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound to the washer face and to threads of locknuts before assembly.
(7) Torque for the four locknuts ... 54 ± 5 N·m (40 ± 4 lb ft)
