NoSPIN Differential - Test
NoSPIN 差速器组装完成后，应对差速器的工作情况进行测试。 在将差速器安装在机器上之前，执行本测试。

NoSPIN 差速器 (1) 外壳。 (A) 轴。 (B) 轴。 | |
- 将 NoSPIN 差速器安装在壳体 (1) 中。
- 将壳体 (1) 放在台架或台钳上，以防止壳体旋转。
- 将轮轴 (A) 和 (B) 均安装在壳体 (1) 中。
- 在两个轴上施加顺时针方向的作用力。
- 保持轴 (A) 上的作用力，并沿逆时针方向转动轴 (B) 。 NoSPIN 差速器将发出较低噪音，而轴 (B) 将转动自如。
- 保持轴 (A) 上的作用力，并沿顺时针方向转动轴 (B) 。 NoSPIN 差速器将发出较低噪音，而轴 (B) 将无法转动。
- 在两个轴上施加逆时针方向的作用力。

- 保持轴 (A) 上的作用力，并沿顺时针方向转动轴 (B) 。 NoSPIN 差速器将发出较低噪音，而轴 (B) 将转动自如。
- 保持轴 (A) 上的作用力，并沿逆时针方向转动轴 (B) 。 NoSPIN 差速器将发出较低噪音，而轴 (B) 将无法转动。
- 再次执行步骤 4 至 9，但当您转动轴 (A) 时，保持轴 (B) 不动。
如果 NoSPIN 差速器工作不正常，应检查部件和组装程序。
