Assembly Procedure

- Position gasket (14) and radiator tank assembly (13). Position eight spacers (12) and install 92 bolts, nuts and washers (11) .
Note: Check the condition of gaskets (14). Replace worn gaskets and damaged gaskets. Use only new Caterpillar parts.

- Fasten a hoist, Tool (A) and a nylon lifting strap to core assembly (9) .

- Position core assembly (9) into the radiator housing and install two nuts (10) .

- Position fan housing (8) and install eight bolts (7) .

- Position expansion tank (6) and install two nuts (4) and six bolts (5) .
