Installation Procedure

1. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to ride control accumulator (1).

2. Carefully install ride control accumulator (1). The weight of the ride control accumulator is 100 kg (220 lb).

3. Install bolts (4) and (5).

4. Install bolts (3).

5. Connect tube assembly (2) to ride control accumulator (1).

6. Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank. For the correct procedure, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for your machine.

7. Start the engine and check for leaks.

Note: For information about charging the ride control accumulator, refer to Testing and Adjusting, SENR1367, "Ride Control Accumulator - Charge".

End By:

1. Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
