Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal at the battery.

Illustration 1 g01080613 - Loosen allen head screw (1). Disconnect the harness assembly from engine control module (2).
- Remove studs (3). Remove the engine control module, the washers, and the isolation mounts.

- Position the isolation mounts, spacers, electronic control module (2) and ground strap (4) and install bolts (3).
- Connect the harness assembly to the engine control module and tighten allen head screw (1).
- Connect the negative battery terminal at the battery.
