Electronic Control Module - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install".
- Loosen bolts (1) until the harness assemblies can be disconnected. Disconnect the harness assemblies from electronic control module (3) .

- Remove bolts (2) and electronic control module (3) .
Installation Procedure
- Position electronic control module (3) on the engine and install bolts (2) .

- Connect the harness assemblies to electronic control module (3). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in).
End By: Install the fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install".
