Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Position water pump (8) and install bolts (9) .

- Tighten hose clamp (7) .
- Connect hose (5) and hose (6) .
- Position bracket (4) and the alternator. Install bolts (3) .
- Install drive belt (2) .
- Install guard (1) .

- Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
