Unit Injector Hydraulic Pump - Install
Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Position drive gear (10) on the unit injector hydraulic pump. Install bolt (8) and washer (9). Tighten bolt (8) to a torque of 110 ± 14 N·m (81 ± 10 lb ft).

- Install O-ring seal (7) on the unit injector hydraulic pump.
- Position the unit injector hydraulic pump on the front housing. Install bolts (6) and tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 28 ± 7 N·m (20 ± 5 lb ft).

- Install return tube assembly (5) and fitting (2) .
- Install hose assembly (1) .
- Install tube assembly (4) .
- Connect harness assembly (3) .
