Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

  1. Use Tooling (A) in order to remove hose assembly (1) .

  1. Remove tube assembly (4) .

  1. Disconnect harness assembly (3) .

  1. Remove return tube assembly (5) from the engine block and fitting (2) .

  1. Remove bolts (6) and remove the unit injector hydraulic pump from the timing gear housing.

  1. Remove O-ring seal (7) from the unit injector hydraulic pump.

  1. Remove bolt (8) and washer (9). Remove drive gear (10) and inspect drive gear (10) .
