Problem:
There is no stroke end stop on third implement control lever (machines equipped with "Hydraulic Third Valve").
This may cause fault code "CID 0487 FMI 00" Position Sensor Above Normal Range.
Solution:
The "Control Gp-Implement" 1509053 is replaced by 1602388 whic has a mechanical stroke end for the third lever. This new "Control Gp-Implement" can be used in place of the old one. With this change, was also added the "Third Lever Locking System".
This changes have been implemented in production on machine S/N:
- 950G (2JS792-UP)
- 962G (3BS509-UP)
- 966G (9RS604-UP)
- 972G (1EW329-UP)
- 980G (9CM1362-UP)
- 962G (3BS509-UP)
For field machines, it is possible to implement these changes by reworking the current parts.
- 1 - Rework procedure to add a "Mechanical Stroke End" (see picture 1)
