This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS46045" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The existing 348-8117 ATAAC hose can rub and leak on certain 963K Track Loaders. If the existing hose fails, it will create a loss of power.
The 462-9592 ATAAC Tube and 203-7607 Hose can also rub against the 374-0186 Turbo Line and can fail as well.

PARTS DISPOSITION

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.

Rework Procedure

Group Number 1

Replace the existing 348-5117 Hose with the new 558-4652 Hose in order to get more clearance with the after treatment bracket.

Rework procedure :
1) cut the original strap attaching the Ataac hose 348-5117 to the water line.
2) remove the 2 pieces clip attaching the hose to the front side of the engine.
3) remove the 204-4573 Clamps at each end.
4) disconnect the hose.
5) install the new 558-4652 Hose with the 204-4573 Clamps at each end.
6) tighten the 204-4573 Clamps to a torque of 8 N.m.
7) install the 2 pieces clip attaching the hose to the front side of the engine.
8) install the 204-2281 Strap attaching the Ataac hose to the water line.

Review & adjust the clearance around the Ataac Tube 462-9592 at both end.

9) through the left engine door, check the clearance between the tube 462-9592 & its environment: Check in particular both end of the tube.
--> Top of engine: Clearance with turbo line tube 374-0186 going to Waste gate actuator.
--> Bottom of engine: Clearance between hose 203-7607 and alternator belt guard 461-2094 ( see picture below , Note that air cleaner has been removed on the picture for clarity.)

10) In Both area, If there is interference or less than 5 mm clearance, the Ataac tube 462-9592 needs adjustment. The following steps should help getting close to 10 mm clearance on both side

11) If an interference is noticed, try first correcting it by moving the tube by hand. It will slightly deform the belt guard bracket to increase the clearance in both area circled on the picture.

12) If first method does not work, in addition , adjust the tube clearance by Loosening the clamp on both end & manage the clearance by changing the tube insertion into the connecting hoses.
