Note: Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

1. Seat the injector (1) in the bore of the cylinder head.

2. Tighten the shoulder bolt (7) to a torque of 6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in).

3. Tighten the socket head bolt (8) to a torque of 12 ± 3 N·m (106 ± 27 lb in).
