气门摇臂
调整气门摇臂。 对每个气缸的两个气门摇臂都执行该程序。 调整每一个气缸的气门摇臂之后，如有必要，继续进行气门间隙调整。

只有有资格的维修人员才能进行该项保养工作。对于整个气门间隙调整步骤，请参考维修手册或与卡特彼勒代理商联系。 气门间隙调整不适当的卡特彼勒发动机工作效率会降低。 这样会使燃料消耗量增加和／或缩短发动机部件寿命。 |
进行气门间隙调整前，必须先调整气门摇臂。 如果气门间隙在公差范围内，则不必调整气门间隙。
在发动机处于冷态时，调整气门间隙。 在发动机停机并拆下气门室盖后，发动机可认为处于冷态下。 进行保养前要防止杂质进入气缸盖上部和配气机构。 彻底清洁气门室盖周围的区域。
