NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3795" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3795" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The weld securing the flange to the pin may fail on the 4T5434 Bail Pins of certain 627E and 627F Scrapers. These 4T5434 Bail Pins in the 4T5421 Push/Pull Block Group need to be replaced.

Action Required
Parts Stock
Dealers should check all 4T5434 Pin Assemblies in their existing Parts Stock to make sure they are stamped with an "X" below the part number. 4T5434 Pin Assemblies in existing dealer Parts Stock that do not have the "X" need to be removed from stock.
Affected Product
Refer to the Service Manual as required. Remove the 8T8917 Bolts and 8T4223 Washers securing the 4T5434 Pins to the block. Replace the existing 4T5434 Pins with the new 4T5434 Pins and install the bolts and washers to secure them.
