NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3784" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3784" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The radiator side channel straps may crack at the soldered joints because of poor solder quality on certain D3C, D4C, D5C Track Type Tractors and 933 and 939 Track Type Loaders.

- 2 - Fabricated Steel Plate (see Illustration 1)

Action Required
Affected Product
1. Remove the radiator guard.
2. Weld two fabricated plates to each side of the top of the radiator as shown in Illustration 1.
3. Install the radiator guard and inspect for water leaks.
Parts Stock
Rework all 6I3502, 6I3715, 1004366, and 1083209 radiators in Parts Stock that have poor solder quality using Step 2 above.

Submit one claim for all 6I3502, 6I3715, 1004366, and 1083209 radiators reworked from Parts Stock.
