The routing and clipping of the hitch harnesses may not provide adequate retention of the harnesses on certain 621F, 623F, and 627F Wheel Tractors. The length of harness between the retaining clips may not be long enough and the clips may separate and allow movement between the clips and harnesses.

Harness Repair Instructions
...If only outer insulation of harness is damaged, tape the damaged area with 1P0810 Tape.
...If the wire insulation is damaged and the wire is not broken, tape the bare wire with 1P0810 Tape.
...If the wire is broken, solder the wires back together. First, put a piece of 5P6001 Tubing (Shrink) over the wire. After soldering, shrink the tubing over the connection. The 1P0810 Tape can also be used. If wire needs to be added, use 5P5623 Wire (16 awg), 5P5624 Wire (14 awg), or 5P5621 Wire (12 awg).
