In order to allow equitable parts availability to all participating dealers, please limit your initial parts order to not exceed 11% of dealership population. This is an initial order recommendation only, and the ultimate responsibility for ordering the total number of parts needed to satisfy the program lies with the dealer. |
1) Remove the headliner. Refer to the procedure described in the disassembly and assembly manual in the rear wiper motor section. 2) Check that the washer fluid hose is correctly connected to the check valve on both sides. 3) Install two 140-4763 Clamps to secure the connections (one on each side of the check valve). 4) At the front, check over the pedals that the washer fluid hose is correctly connected to the check valve on both sides. 5) Install two 140-4763 Clamps to secure the connections (one on each side of the check valve). 6) Test the rear washer system and verify that there are no leaks. 7) Re-assemble the headliner. |
