Ensure that the O-ring seal is replaced during the installation of the fuel shutoff solenoid (3) .
(3) Fuel shutoff solenoid
- Tighten the fuel shutoff solenoid to the following torque. ... 22 to 28 N·m (16 to 20 lb ft)
Note: The electrical stop solenoid on the Stanadyne fuel pumps is inside the governor housing.
